200 g sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

200 g soft butter

1 tsp baking powder

Add the diced butter and all of the ingredients into the bowl fitted with the metal blade. Switch on the machine and run for about 30 seconds.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the mixture into a cake tin lined with baking paper. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
