Using the stainless-steel bowl, attach the universal blade before placing all ingredients into the bowl. Set to expert cooking programme / 50 minutes / 1A / 110°C.

Once more, set to expert cooking programme / 1 minute / 18 / 110°C. Scrape down and repeat until smooth.

After the mixture has been mashed, set to expert cooking programme / 5 minutes / 5 /130°C, collecting the juice produced. When complete, place finished product into a clean glass bowl, covering the bowl up with a layer of cling wrap. Let it cool down naturally before placing it into the freezer.
