200 ml of coconut milk

1 tsp of salt

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 stalk celery branch

250 g of prawns

2 tbsp of coconut cream

1 shallot

Tips

This gluten-free recipe is prepared with rice flour. For classic pancakes, use wheat flour.

RECIPE STEPS

Place the flour, beaten eggs, coconut milk and salt in the glass jug. Run the programme.
  • 100 g of rice flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp of salt

Place the mixture to one side.

Prepare the stuffing: In a saucepan, sauté the shallot. Add the prawns, coconut cream, carrot and celery. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

In a hot frying pan, add your oil and pour ladles of batter to form patties. Gently turn over the patties when the edges begin to brown. Cook for a further 1 minute per side.

Fill the pancakes with the stuffing before serving.
