Fit the food processor onto the base along with the 4mm slicing blade.

Scoop out all the flesh from the inside of the oranges and lemon. Put the flesh, as well as the lemon peel into a jam cloth.

Cut the orange halves in half again.
Gather 5 or 6 bits of orange peel at a time and place them into the feed tube.

Press PULSE until they are all sliced.

Put the cut peel, juice and water into the metal bowl.
Tie the jam cloth up and secure it to the to the side of the bowl with the lid.
- 1 zest of lemon
- 45 ml of lemon juice
- 1.3 L of water

Run the program.
Remove the cap to allow the steam to escape.

Once the programme has ended, take out the cloth and set aside to cool.

Add the sugar run the program.
Remove the cap.
