120 g beef rolls (blanched)

0.08 kg sauerkraut (sliced and blanched)

80 g bean sprouts (blanched)

0.5 spring onion (diced)

8 g ginger (sliced into chunks)

30 g garlic (sliced)

500 g boiled water

10 g cooking wine

0.5 tsp salt

20 g vegetable oil

8 g light soy sauce

10 g tabasco pepper

15 g pickled pepper

0.3 tsp pepper

RECIPE STEPS

Using the stainless-steel bowl, attach the dough hook before adding oil, garlic, ginger, and spring onions. Set to EXPERT programme / 1 minute / 2A / 140°C.

Add in the boiled water, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, tabasco pepper, and the blanched sauerkraut and pickled pepper. Set to EXPERT programme / 6 minutes / 2A / 140°C.

Add in the blanched beef rolls, bean sprouts, and set to EXPERT programme / 2 minutes / 2A / 140°C. Can be consumed immediately.
