2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tsp vinegar

1 tsp rock salt

Tips

This Chilean sauce is very spicy and is delicious served with fish, meat or vegetables. If you would like a less spicy sauce, simply use sweet peppers!

Cut open the chillis and remove the seeds. Chop into 2cm pieces.
