40 ml of milk

250 g of strawberries

250 g of rhubarb

50 g of brown sugar

30 g of plain flour

20 g of almond powder

35 g of soft butter

20 g of sugar

Cut the strawberries in half and the rhubarb into small pieces. Place them in the metal bowl and add the brown sugar. Run the program.

In the meantime, butter and flour a cake pan and preheat the oven to 180 °C. When the fruit compote is ready, set it aside in a bowl.

In a small bowl, mix the streusel ingredients until you get a sandy texture.

Pour the cake batter into the cake mold and distribute the fruit compote. Top with the streusel dough. Bake for about 55 minutes. Serve warm or completely cooled.
