RECIPE STEPS

Place butter & sugar in large food processor bowl with main blade. Cream together, scrape & repeat if necessary.

Whilst machine is running, add eggs & vanilla through feeding tube.
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Remove lid & add flours & salt. Pulse until everything is combined.
- 500 g plain flour
- 70 g cornflour
- 0.5 tbsp salt

Wrap dough in cling film, flatten and place in refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.

Once dough is chilled, place it on a rolling mat, sprinkle with flour and roll out with a rolling pin to approximately 0.5cm thickness. Move the dough around to prevent it from sticking to the mat.

Use your cookie cutter of choice to cut your cookies. Take away scraps to re-roll for more cookies. TIP – place rolled dough on a tray lined with baking paper, cut shapes, remove excess dough, then place straight in oven. Creates less distortion of shapes & also allows for smaller shapes.

Bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes
