Mini bowl of the Food Processor - add the garlic, red onion and 6 baby pickled cucumbers, turn on the Food Processor programme for 30 seconds, remove and set aside

Main bowl – insert large metal blade – add egg yolks, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, pinch salt
Turn on the Food processor, when the egg yolks have emulsified with the mustard and vinegar, start to add the oil from the feed tube while the food processor is running, add the oil very slowly as the mixture thickens, continue until all the oil has been added. Press STOP as soon as the mayonnaise has thickened.

Using the large food processor bowl, add to the mayonnaise the chopped garlic, red onion, baby-pickled cucumber, sweet paprika, sugar, horseradish, and sweet pickles.
PULSE a few times until all are combined, taste to see if more salt or pepper is required. This is a thick dressing, refrigerate until ready to use.

Place COOK EXPERT – INTERNAL STEAMING BASKET
- Pour 500ml of hot preboiled water into the metal bowl
- Add 3 eggs to the bottom
- Insert the internal steaming basket
- Add the precut chicken breast pieces and the internal layer of the steamer
-Add 1 cup of vegetables ( carrots, corn, peas) or your choice of vegetables.
Select STEAM programme 20minutes/0/120 degrees.

Meanwhile, add the precooked pasta to a large bowl.

Remove the steamed cooked vegetables, chicken and eggs from the metal bowl, take care not to burn yourself.

Add the vegetables to the pasta

Place the eggs into an iced bowl of water to cool down

Return the cooked chicken to the metal bowl

The chicken should be shredded, add the the pasta, and vegetables.

Peel the eggs, slice them to your liking and add them to the pasta, vegetables and chicken.

Combine all together, add the special mayonnaise and mix until everything is coated. Sprinkle some freshly chopped Dill over the top (optional)
