250 g of semi-complete wheat flour

125 g of butter

80 ml of water

350 g of sweet potato

150 g of onion

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

100 g of pumpkin seeds

1 goat cheese

1 stalk of thyme

In the transparent bowl equipped with the kneader (metal knife for the Mini Plus), put the ingredients.

  • 80 ml of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g of semi-complete wheat flour

Start it up. Let it run for 20 seconds. Fold in with the spatula if necessary.

Restart the device and stop it as soon as the dough forms a ball.

Wrap it in cling film, flatten it and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Install the 2 mm grater and the mini bowl and grate the sweet potatoes and onions.
