2.5 kg of sweet potatoes

2 garlic cloves

2 onions

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 kg of fresh spinach

600 ml of coconut milk

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 tsp of turmeric

2 tbsp of seasame seeds

0.5 bunch of flat parsley

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel and then mince the garlic and onions.

Preheat the cocotte on high heat on a stove with a drizzle of olive oil, without the lid. As soon as the cocotte is hot, add the onions and garlic and sauté them for 5 minutes using a wooden spoon.

Add the sweet potatoes, salt, pepper and continue cooking for 10 minutes. During this step, add half of the spinach, mix with a wooden spoon to reduce them. Then add the second half of the spinach and mix again.

Remove the cocotte from the stove and place it on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert. Add the coconut milk, turmeric, cover the cocotte then run the program. Stir occasionally with the wooden spoon.
