RECIPE STEPS

Fit your spiral expert attachment to your food processor using the fusilli blade.

Feed the potatoes through the feed tube and use the PULSE button until the whole potato has been spiralized.

Pour the oil into a deep pan and slowly bring it up to temperature.

Poke a skewer through the middle of the potatoes to make it easier to fry.

Deep fry the potatoes for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Drain the potatoes to get rid of any extra oil.

Pull them off the skewers and top with some salt, parmesan and fresh parsley.
