2 carrots, peeled

1 large zucchini

2 potatoes, peeled

100 g broccoli, cut into small pieces

425 g can tuna in brine

400 g can corn kernels

300 g penne pasta

800 g can crushed tomatoes

200 ml water

1 vegetable stock cube

150 g grated cheese

100 g grated parmesan

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Grate potato in food processor midi bowl, with 4mm blade. Set aside

Place metal bowl onto base. Add canned tomatoes, water & vegetable stock. Cook on Expert/7min/speed 3/120 degrees.

Once finished, add pasta, tuna, carrots, zucchini, corn and broccoli. Cook on Expert/speed 3/2min/120 degrees. Turn down speed to 1A, cook for a further 5min/120 degrees.

Once finished pour ingredients into an oven safe baking dish. Pasta should still be quite raw. Squeeze excess moisture out of grated potato, sprinkle across pasta mixture. Then cover in cheeses. Place in oven at 180 degrees and bake for approx. 45min.
