500 g of crème fraîche

6 garlic cloves

6 tbsp of cumin

4 stalks of rosemary

10 multicolored carrots

1 kg of potatoes

4 green onions

2 fennels

1 pinch of fleur de sel

1 pinch of pepper

Tips

You can replace the fennel with celery stalks and the cumin with Garam Massala, turmeric or tandoori.

In the metal bowl equipped with the XL dough hook, pour the fresh cream, garlic cloves, cumin and rosemary. Run the program.

In the transparent Midi Bowl of the ROBOT equipped with the E/S2 disc, slice and set aside successively the carrots, the fennel, the potatoes and the onions (without the green onion tops).

In a baking dish, layer the new potatoes, onions, fennel, and carrots. Salt and pepper. Repeat this layering order twice. The carrots should be visible on top.

Pour the sauce over the top of the dish, spread it around with the silicone spatula. Add the sprigs of fresh rosemary on top, cover and bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C in a fan oven.
