25 ml of canola oil

4 green onions

2 tbsp of turmeric

2 tbsp of curry powder

1 tbsp of tandoori masala powder

1 red pepper

6 garlic cloves

3 cm of ginger

1 lime

2 sweet potatoes

8 tomatoes

500 ml of coconut cream

0.5 bunch of cilantro

1 handful of cashew nuts

Peel and dice the sweet potatoes. Finely chop the green onions, slice the chives and set aside some chives for the final presentation.

In the metal bowl, heat the oil by running the program. After a minute, sauté the onions until the end of the program.

Add the ginger, garlic, turmeric, curry, tandoori, chili and restart the program.
