6 stalks parsley

5 leaves basil

0.5 bunch chives

1 tbsp olive oil

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

4 shallots

1 garlic clove

4 tomatoes

3 tbsp of tomato purée

2 tsp brown sugar

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade and chop the parsley, chives and basil then set aside.

Then mix the shallots, garlic and tomatoes.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan. Add the previously chopped ingredients along with the tomato paste, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Cook over a low heat for 15 minutes.
