RECIPE STEPS

Add the yeast in the warm water and stir for 5 minutes or until fully dissolved.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Add the flour, salt and yeast mixture into the bowl fitted with the dough hook. Switch on the machine and run for about 30 seconds until the dough has formed a ball.

- 250 g of plain flour
- 250 g of wholemeal flour
- 1 pinch of salt

Leave the dough to rise in a large bowl, covered with a damp cloth, for 1 hour at room temperature and away from drafts.

Gently knead the dough and form a ball. Place it on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and flatten it slightly.
Lightly sprinkle with flour (using a sieve) and make notches with a knife.

Leave the dough prove again under a dry cloth and at room temperature (away from any drafts) for one hour.

Preheat your oven to 240°C.
Bake the bread for about 25 minutes and turn it after 15 minutes.
