Put the ingredients (only half of the water) into the metal bowl and run the program.
- 400 g plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 75 ml warm water

Add the remaining water through the opening in the lid and run the program.

If necessary, add a little more water or flour.

Place the dough on a floured work surface and divide into 8 balls of equal size.

Gently flatten with the palm of the hand, cover with a clean cloth and set aside to rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Roll out the balls of dough as thinly as possible using a rolling pin.

Cook both sides of each wrap for 1 minute; place in a damp cloth to keep them soft.
