80 g of plain flour

1 sachet of baking powder

1 tsp of salt

30 g of soft butter

125 g of plain yogurt

2 beaten eggs

50 g of zucchini

50 g of carrot

1 shallot

1.5 tsp of Provence herbs

Preheat your oven to 180 °C.

Peel the zucchini and cut it into small cubes. Peel the carrot and cut it into thin slices. Chop the shallot.

Place all the ingredients in the metal bowl. Blend by running the program.
