RECIPE STEPS

Soak the almonds in water for at least 8 hours.

Add the soaked almonds and water to the blender.
- 100 g shelled almonds
- 500 ml water

Run the blender on speed 2 for 10 seconds then speed 4 for 50 seconds.
Pulse at the end if required.

You can filter the milk to remove the almond pulp, then refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy it chilled.
