Wash the apple and carrots.
Top and tail the carrots. Peel the ginger and halve the apples to pass them through the Juice filter.
Set the juice aside.

Halve the oranges and juice using the grey cone (for large citrus fruits) with the Citrus Press. Or, if you prefer, peel and halve the oranges then pass them through the Juice filter.

Mix all the juices in a cocktail shaker with some crushed ice. Serve immediately.
