Pin prick the eggs at the top (this prevents pressure building up & cracking the shells).

Add 400ml of water into the steamer. Place the eggs in the bottom tier of the Steamer with the 6 dimples. Place the Asparagus in the top tier and drizzle over 1 tsp oil and season with the salt & pepper.
- 350 g green asparagus peeled on bottom half and ends trimmed
- 6 medium eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Steam for 6 mins at 100 °C. Immediately remove from the steam, remove the egg shells, half the eggs and serve with sriracha garlic mayo and chopped parsley.
