Perfect recipe 💗proportions of ingredients were just right. Very light & smooth
I used smaller eggs and it was a light custard with a pouring consistency. no too sweet.
I made it for Christmas plum pudding and everyone love it was so so easy this custard is a stayer in my book









Totally delicious. let it sit for 30min and it thickens up just that little bit more.
