50 ml of coconut milk
125 g of natural yogurt
75 g of caster sugar

To chill the metal bowl, place a few ice cubes in it and run the program.

Empty the metal bowl and dry thoroughly.
Roughly chop the frozen banana.

In the clean and cold metal bowl, add the ingredients and run the program.
- 50 ml of coconut milk
- 75 g of caster sugar
- 3 bananas
- 125 g of natural yogurt

If necessary, scrape down the wall of the bowl. Form quenelles of ice cream using 2 spoons.

Just before serving, sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Or, to scoop the ice cream, place in the freezer for a few minutes. Do not refreeze.
