It was not in the correct ice cream texture after blending, so I needed to put it into the freezer. Also, many recipes on the internet does not include egg whites, why is it there 🤔
Tasty. couldn’t find reduced fat cream so used normal single cream. took more blending than instructions. will definitely make again. hit with the family.
