1 L of whole milk

125 g of natural yogurt

10 tbsp of powdered sugar

300 g of fresh or frozen blueberries

Tips

You can vary the fruit you use, as long as you always mix it with the sugar. You can also replace the preparation with jam. *If you're in a hurry, you can cook covered for 3 min in the microwave at full power.

RECIPE STEPS

In a saucepan, place the blueberries, sprinkle with 5 tablespoons of sugar. Cover and heat on high for 5 minutes*.
  • 300 g of fresh or frozen blueberries

In a bowl, whisk the yogurt with the sugar, then gradually add the milk.

  • 10 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 1 L of whole milk

Place 2 tablespoons of blueberry compote at the bottom of each pot and pour the mixture over it.

Place the pots in the steamer basket without putting water in the tank, put the lid on and let it cook for 12 hours at 40 °C.
