good recipe but you will struggle to fit it in the 3l bowl. I did, but carefully!
I ran out of BBQ sauce , so I added chicken stock powder instead. It also tasted good but I would add red wine as well to give more taste to the beef and sauce as a whole.









on the you tube video the presenter cooked it for three hours. what temp?
