Add all the ingredients for the brioche to the metal bowl of the Cook expert.
- 300 g strong bread flour
- 200 ml whole milk
- 7 g dried yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- 30 g butter

Run the BREAD/BRIOCHE programme to from a bread dough.

Leave the dough in the bowl and prove the dough. Run EXPERT 30:00/0/30°C.

Divide the dough into 18 even balls and shape into a star around the camembert.

Leave the dough to rise for 45 mins.

Score the top of the camembert and add the garlic, rosemary and pepper.
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 stalks rosemary
- 1 pinch pepper

Bake at 180°C for 20-22 minutes.

Pull the dough balls apart dip into the hot melted cheese.
