1 broccoli

350 g of gnocchis

40 g of pine nuts

1 onion

10 ml of olive oil

100 g of crème fraîche

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

5 sprigs of parsley

50 g of parmesan

RECIPE STEPS

Pour 0.5 l of water into the metal bowl. Cut the broccoli and place the florets in the steamer basket. Run the program.

In the meantime, cook the gnocchi in a pot of salted water. Drain and set aside.
