Preheat your oven to 180 °C (gas mark 4).

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade and add the flour, eggs, hot milk and oil.
Run the machine for 40 seconds.
- 150 g plain flour
- 125 ml hot milk
- 100 ml olive oil
- 3 eggs

Scrape down the wall of the ball with the spatula. Add the yeast and your choice of filling to the dough.
Pulse 2 to 3 to obtain a smooth mixture.
- 1 sachet baking powder (11 g)

Butter a cake tin and pour in the mixture.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
Check that the cake is done by inserting a knife or skewer. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Allow the cake to cool in the oven with the door ajar. Turn out and serve.
