115 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
150 g carrot
190 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs

Baked in Philips Airfryer 4.1ltrs for 50" at 120°C and left it for a few minutes before taking out. I used parsnip instead of carrots and wholemeal flour. Mix seemed a little stiff, so may add a drop of milk or more oil next time. Cake has baked well but have yet to taste.
how many carrots roughly is 150g carrots
would be nice to been given the size of baking tin. I used a round 20cm diameter tin. cake came out alright but a bit flat. I assume a smaller tin would give us a higher cake.
what size tin or tins should be used?
