2 tbsp olive oil

1 scoop celeriac

100 ml whole liquid cream

RECIPE STEPS

Peel and wash the celery. Cut it into 4 cm cubes.

Pour 1 L of water into the reservoir of the Steamer. Spread the celery cubes in the steam basket, put the lid on, cook for 30 to 35 minutes at 100 °C. The celery should be very tender and very easily pierced by the tip of a knife.

Drain the celery, let it cool down. Blend it. When the celery is reduced to a puree, add the cream while mixing. Then pour the oil in a thin stream, without stopping mixing, salt and pepper.

Heat the puree for 5 minutes over low heat. Serve it hot, preferably as a side dish with poultry.
