1 small celeriac

7 tbsp mayonnaise

3 tbsp mustard

1 juice of 1 lemon

1 bunch of parsley

1 bunch of chives

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Peel the celeriac and slice it in half.

Then using the G2 grating disc, place one half of the celeriac into the XL feed tube.

Grate the first half and then the second.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice.
  • 7 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 1 juice of 1 lemon

Toss the shredded celeriac into the dressing and don’t forget to season to taste. Add some fresh herbs on top and enjoy alongside a BBQ or grilled fish.
