120 g plain flour

500 g cherries

4 bunches redcurrants

1 knob butter for the moulds or baking tin

30 g salted butter

400 ml whole milk

4 eggs

1 tbsp icing sugar

100 g golden or brown sugar

RECIPE STEPS

Heat the oven to 180°C. Melt the butter.
  • 30 g salted butter

Place the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 120 g plain flour
  • 30 g salted butter
  • 400 ml whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g golden or brown sugar

Scrape down the wall of the bowl, to bring the mixture into the middle, and run the program.

Pit the cherries (if they still have seeds) and add them to the mixture.

Butter individual moulds, or a 23cm spring-form tin and fill with the batter. Bake for 40 minutes.

Wash the redcurrants. Decorate the clafoutis with the redcurrants and icing sugar before serving.
