1 tbsp olive oil

750 g chicken breast, cut into long strips

25 g butter

1 medium onion

250 g mushrooms, halved

2 cloves garlic, crushed

125 ml dry white wine

4 thyme sprigs, leaves only

2 leaves bay leaves

1 tbsp tomato paste

150 g diced tomatoes

350 ml chicken stock

1 pinch salt to taste

1 pinch pepper to taste

RECIPE STEPS

Add oil to metal bowl and heat for 1 min, STIR FRY, 140 degrees.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Stir-fry 00:10 / Auto / 140°C

Add chicken and brown it for 4-5min. Remove chicken & set aside.
  • 750 g chicken breast, cut into long strips
Stir-fry 07:00 / Auto / 140°C

Add butter, garlic, sliced onions & mushrooms. STIR FRY, 4min, 140 degrees.
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 250 g mushrooms, halved

Add white wine through the cap. STIR FRY, 2min, 140 degrees.
  • 125 ml dry white wine

Add chicken, thyme, bay leaves, tomato paste, diced tomatoes & stock. EXPERT, 1A, 120 degrees, 10min.

tasty but there seem to be differences between the picture and the recipe. Picture shows whole chicken breast and sliced mushrooms but recipe says cut mushrooms in half and cut chicken into thin strips. My finished dish looked nothing like the one in the recipe, my chicken was almost shredded. learning curve I think
