500 g of chicken breast

50 g of breadcrumbs

0.5 of red onion

75 g of tomato puree

1 tbsp of oregano

1 egg

200 g of cheddar

2 tbsp of olive oil

RECIPE STEPS

In the large transparent bowl equipped with the metal knife, blend all the ingredients except the cheddar and oil in PULSE until the desired consistency (still some small pieces).
  • 500 g of chicken breast
  • 50 g of breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 of red onion
  • 75 g of tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp of oregano
  • 1 egg

Grate the cheddar using the 4 mm blade.
  • 200 g of cheddar

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Make small meatballs with the meat and insert cheese in the center. Make sure to close the meatballs well.

Brush with a little olive oil and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake for about 12 minutes until the meatballs are golden.
