30 ml Lemon juice (about half a lemon)
2 tbsp Tahini
1 garlic clove (peeled)
1 tsp salt

easy and I have to fine tune the quantity to have a balanced taste.

Delicious. Best hummus I’ve tasted! Used a bit more lemon juice but I like a more tart flavour.
Fantastic! I’ve started using dried chickpeas cooked in the pressure cooker because there are no nasty additives in the water this way! I make a double batch then experiment with flavours - roasted red pepper, caramelised onion, lemon and coriander … will NEVER buy hummus again!
