Chilindron chicken
3 chicken breasts
50 ml olive oil
2 garlic cloves
150 g onion
100 g red pepper/ capsicum
100 g green pepper
50 ml white wine
100 g Serrano ham
100 ml chicken stock cube
200 g tomato sauce
2 tsp sugar
100 g button mushroom
1 pinch nutmeg
1 tbsp cornflour

Cut the chicken breasts in two and brown them in a frying-pan, the inside will cook later.
