320 g of butter

320 g of dark baking chocolate

160 g of flour

6 eggs

3 egg yolks

320 g of brown sugar

35 g of cocoa powder

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat your oven to 200 °C. Place the butter and chocolate squares in the metal bowl then run the program (fold in if necessary during the program using the silicone spatula).

Fold in with the spatula then add the other ingredients. Run the program.

Pour the mixture into a large mold (at least 26 cm) previously buttered and floured. Bake for 15 minutes for a very soft cake.

Let cool for a few minutes then sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
