150 g of dark chocolate

100 ml of liquid cream

2 of yolk eggs

30 g of cocoa

20 g of sugar

400 ml of milk

100 g of white chocolate

10 ice cubes

Place the ingredients in the metal bowl then run the program.
  • 150 g of dark chocolate
  • 100 ml of liquid cream
  • 2 of yolk eggs
  • 30 g of cocoa
  • 20 g of sugar

Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray, let cool to room temperature and place in the freezer for 12 hours.

Immerse the bottom of the ice cube trays in hot water to help release the ice cubes. Place the chocolate ice cubes, milk and ice cubes in the metal bowl, then run the program.
