3 eggs

1 pinch of salt

100 g of butter

200 g of dark chocolate

75 g of sugar

50 g of flour

1 tbsp of crème fraîche

0.25 sachet of baking powder

Preheat your oven to 190°C.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Pour the egg whites and the salt into the metal bowl then run the program.

Set aside. Melt the butter with the chocolate : put them in the metal bowl then run the program.
  • 100 g of butter
  • 200 g of dark chocolate

Fold down and add the egg yolks and the other ingredients to the metal bowl. Run the program.

  • 50 g of flour
  • 1 tbsp of crème fraîche

If necessary, fold back and restart the program.

Add the egg whites to the preparation. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 15 minutes.
