Chocolate orange mousse

100 g chocolate
350 g silken tofu
1 finely grated zest of orange
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter (optional)
1 pinch salt

Break the chocolate into the CE metal bowl and melt, using the pre-set.

Then lift the metal bowl off the base. Fit the food processor and add the remaining ingredients.
- 350 g silken tofu
- 1 finely grated zest of orange
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter (optional)
- 1 pinch salt

Whizz until totally smooth then pour in the melted chocolate and blend until completely mixed.
