250 g of dark chocolate

100 g butter

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

2 egg yolks

3 tbsp sugar

45 ml of french brandy, Cognac

Tips

The perfect treat alongside a coffee.

RECIPE STEPS

Melt the chocolate with the butter. When everything is melted, pour into the large food processing bowl.
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 g of dark chocolate

Add the eggs, sugar, milk, cognac and mix using the metal blade.
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 45 ml of french brandy, Cognac

Leave to rest in a bowl covered with cling film, until the dough hardens.

Make small balls from the dough and roll them in the cocoa powder.
