150 ml of almond milk

60 g of rolled oats

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1 apple

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1 tsp of cinnamon

3 dates

10 g of ground almonds

15 g of dried cranberries

15 g of goji berries

In a bowl mix the rolled oats, chia seeds and half the almond milk (75ml). Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Place the rest of the almond milk (75ml), dates, apple pieces, maple syrup and cinnamon in the glass jug then start the programme.

Pour the mixture over the refrigerated bowl. Decorate with ground almonds, cranberries and goji berries then serve.
