125 g desiccated coconut

0.5 L milk

3 eggs

100 g sugar

2 sachets vanilla sugar

250 g sugar

65 ml water

1 tsp white vinegar

Put the sugar, water and white vinegar into a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, without stirring, to a golden caramel.

Heat the oven to 160°C.

Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 0.5 L milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar

Add the grated coconut and run the program.

Pour the hot caramel into ramekins, allow to cool slightly, then slowly pour the coconut cream on top.

Pour hot water into an ovenproof dish to ¾ full. Put the ramekins into the dish and bake for 45 minutes
