320 g pure icing sugar sifted

280 g desiccated coconut

395 g sweetened condensed milk

0.06 tsp of red food coloring

0.5 g cream of tartar

RECIPE STEPS

Combine all ingredients except for food colouring and mix on pastry/cake program.
  • 320 g pure icing sugar sifted
  • 280 g desiccated coconut
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 g cream of tartar

Take out half the ingredients and press into a 20x20cm dish or pan which has been greased and lined with paper.

To the remaining half, add red food colour and use same program again until the colour is mixed through.
  • 0.06 tsp of red food coloring

Press the pink mixture on top of the white mixture and make level.

Refrigerate for 3 hours then cut into small squares. ENJOY!
