4 chicken thigh fillets, cut fillet into 3-4 pieces

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 tsp paprika

1 shallots

1 green chilli

1 minced garlic

2 tsp minced ginger

200 ml chicken stock

400 ml coconut milk

160 ml coconut cream

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp fish sauce

1 tsp coriander

1 zest & lime juice

Season chicken with salt, pepper & paprika. Set aside

Pour in stock, coconut milk & coconut cream and soy sauce.
  • 200 ml chicken stock
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 160 ml coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

Add chicken. EXPERT 10min/110 degrees/0 speed.

Once chicken is cooked through add fish sauce & lime juice. Stir for 5 seconds speed 3

Great recipe but the speed on cooking chicken is different than the on-line video & the lime juice & zest in in twice. Also, recipe said to add lime juice too soon.
