Tips

A highly original dip for sticks of raw vegetables.

RECIPE STEPS

Wash, deseed and chop the pepper into pieces. Steam the pepper for 10 minutes. Add to the mini bowl and allow to cool.

Add the coconut milk, fromage frais, lime juice and a pinch of salt and chilli powder. Run the programme: speed 1/30 seconds.
