0.5 cucumber

300 g of Greek yoghurt

1 sprig chives

2 leaves mint

30 ml lemon juice

Wash and peel the cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into pieces and process using the Extra Press to make a smooth, velvety mixture (or the Juice Filter for a thinner mixture).

Use a whisk to mix the cucumber juice with the yogurt. Add, according to your taste, the mint, chopped chives, salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
