150 g smoked mackerel

25 g anchovies in olive oil

50 g rolled oats

50 g plain flour

1 egg

RECIPE STEPS

Put all ingredients in the metal bowl. Select EXPERT, press AUTO and take speed up to 6. STOP when ingredients are combined.
  • 150 g smoked mackerel

  • 50 g plain flour

Pour on to a lined baking sheet and bake for 30mins at 160°C.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Slice inot bite size pieces. Once completely cool store in a jar or box for upto 2 weeks.
